Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, and Master in Public Policy from Macquaire University, Australia. Has also done political studies at Harvard University. Twice a scholar from the Development Cooperation Agency ASDI. Has worked in public administration for over 15 years in the defense of human rights and for transparency and execution of public policy favourable to vulnerable sectors of the community. Has been a consultant and a recognized advocate for women’s rights. Has promoted RECON from the beginning, allowing for the identification of over 2000 proposals of entrepreneurship and social innovation for development in the country. Currently, he works as Executive Director of RECON.
